One of the most popular destinations in Florida is Port Canaveral. It is the second busiest port in the world for multi-day cruises. Port Canaveral has 6 terminals exclusively for cruise passenger use. It homeports vessels from Disney, Carnival and Royal Caribbean International. It is located approximately 50-60 minutes from Orlando Airport (MCO) and about 80 minutes from Sanford Airport.

Currently the second busiest cruise port in the world and, according to the Cruise Line International Association, the fastest growing cruise port in Florida in recent years, Port Canaveral is well within reach of becoming number one among the world's busiest cruise ports. To keep attracting new ships and passengers and achieve the number one position within the next few years, the Port Authority opened $30 million Cruise Terminal 6 last year and currently is planning another 150,000-170,000 square foot cruise terminal for larger cruise ships, with construction to begin as early as this year.

As part of the reservation process, we will ask for a credit card. This is for confirmation or cancellation only; your card will not be charged (unless requested). Payment is not required until the day of service. The day od the transfer, your driver will be happy to accept payment with cash, credit, debit card, or travelers' check.

Transportation from Orlando to Port Canaveral cruise terminals and from Orlando to Cape Canaveral & Cocoa Beach have to bee booked at least 24 hours in advance.

The port authority does not allow vehicles inside the port if not loading/unloading. Your driver will be waiting for you at the designated area right outside of the port. So as soon as you leave your ship, call us at (407) 810-7272. If there's no cell phone available, call from the ship just before disembarking ‒ and if you're traveling from another country, use the toll-free number in your email confirmation.

As soon as we receive your call, we'll page your driver. He'll enter the port immediately and meet you at the commercial pick-up area. You'll know him by the sign he's holding ‒ it will have your name on it.

We recomment to schedule your pick-up from the port not later than 10:00 AM. If you have an early flight, the driver can pick you up as early as 7:00AM. Earlier than scheduled exit from a cruise ship does not guaranty immediate pick up and will be handled on a first come first served basis.

Port Canaveral Transportation is a very popular service, so, please, try to arrange your transfer to the port ahead of time!

If you are trying to choose between a company that provides Port Canaveral Shuttle service and private Port Canaveral Transportation company, consider:
1. The best choice for a family of 2 on a tight budget would be a shared shuttle ($30-$35 per person / each way).
2. Once you have 3 or more people in your party, private transportation becomes less expensive than the shuttle service to Port Canaveral.
3. If you choose shuttle service for your Port Canaveral Transportation you will have to wait for a bus to fill up (might take up to 3 hours to get to Port Canaveral) and be prepared to spend quite some time in line once a shuttle bus arrives to the port.
4. If you choose private Port Canaveral Transportation you will be greeted by our driver in the baggage claim area at Orlando International Airport or in front of the lobby of your hotel/resort and transferred to Port Canaveral Cruise terminal or Cocoa Beach hotel (less then an hour).
Make us your #1 choice for Port Canaveral Transportation.
We will take good care of you!
